What should you do to your staff -Dont Suck sham !

MOTIVATION AND RETAINING EMPLOYEES
  • take an active interest,
  • be a good coach and role modal,
  • use positive reinforcement and constructive criticism,
  • interpersonal skills of the motivator, and
  • talent management; grooming the last trackers.

As a boss, you need to pre-screen your employee before hiring him, after that, the hired employee need to know exactly what is expected of him,a clearly stated responsibilities n authority need attached to the job, then compensate him with fair salary and treat him right later on.
