They'll set up their own companies and get the gomen to farm out the contracts to them without tender. They'll of course charge a bomb and will be laughing all the way to the bank"

CCTV did a decent job in term of filming surreptitiously,but if you think that it is a "cure all" for fighting crime or will stop all criminals from targeting you, then you are up for a great disappointment.
Can not blame those businesses cashing in on all these technology, many of them are opportunists base on hypes for profit, my friend, many unscrupulous businesses around nowadays.
can cctv replace human ?? i dont think so.imagine all policeman sitting in front of monitor looking at thousands of cctv camera but not patrolling the streets can crime rate be reduce ???
