Renewed dog license in DBKL Jinjang

 This morning I went to DBKL office in Jinjang, flared up with the clerk ( I had unhappy episode with the attitude of the counter staff before but I didn’t flare at all...this time! Kali ini! )

During the previous month I went there to have the license renew but the lady staff told be to renew in DBKL HQ! but I didn’t go. Those two years ago whenever I came renew the license in the month between Jan-Mar, they will always tell you the dog badge is not ready, so have to wait!

Before the badge is sold to you, the owner has to register on net and download the form and present it at the counter with RM 10. 

Just now,

she asked me : why put 1.5 tingkat on the form,  then she asked you duduk flat 5 tingkat ? 

Me: Rumah flat boleh bela anjing?

She: ini 1.5 tingkat mesti you yg letak!

Me: yes betul, saya duduk rumah deret 1.5 tingkat 

Me: kenapa menyusahkan rakyat utk daftar pd sawang dan kalau orang tua payah nak buat.

Me: Saya duduk 1.5 tingkat, itulah catitan saya.

Me: bulan lepas saya datang nak buat pembaruan lesen tetapi saya disuruh buat di HQ KL!?

She: tiada cam ni, tak pernah.bukan saya yg suruh! Sini cuma ada dua staff di counter.

Me: oh jadi kawan you lah yg maklum !

Me: kalau semasa saya datang, lesen anjing tiada dapat diberi, dan anjing saya gigit orang, adakah saya dituduh dan disaman?

She: tiada saman punya!!!

( next round if i face the same situations, i shall ask the office to produce a disclaimer letter to protect me)

Sorry to mention here that her face is just like a office bully...I don’t know how many Jinjang folks have kena her “face-customer-attitude”...having to speak a fluent BM has an edge to counter this kind of office counter staff!..,we talked facts not just let go steams!
