Dealing with Angry Customers

"A Customer Is Anyone Inside Or Outside Your Organisation Who Utilizes Or Benefits From Your Services" TEN Tips for soothing angry customers
1) It's not personal.
2) Keep your cool.
3) Defuse the anger.
4) Be sympathetic.
5) Listen Attentively.
6) Don't make promises you can't keep.
7) Analyze the problem
8) Ask the customer exactly how he would like the problem resolved.
9) Emphasize what you can do.
10) Act on the problem and follow through.

Never deal with angry customers, directly, go to your phone n call mata.

Better let mata handle with gun than with your mouth.

The best solution to an angry customer is solved once and for all.

assign your subordinate to handle straight away if possible send young sexy female staff then declare that you have a severe stomach ache and took refuge in the toilet for a least half an hour
