Scene 6 - The successor in the nomination list.

The Final annoucement at 12.30 pm-The successful candidates on the list
The excitement..

The marching home...

1st triumph- A boost really...(pic from STAR 25/2/2008)

Best foot forward:Dr Khir (front row, centre )who is defending the Sungai Panjang state seat, accompanied by his wife datin Seri Zahrah Kechik and Barisan candidates for Sekinchan and Sungai Besar,Puah Boon Choon ( second form left ) and Noriah Kasnon (right), wave to their supporters as they march home (MB's house) from the nomination centre .

(25/2/08 STAR reported as - ....wave to their supporter as they march to the nomination centre at the Simpang Lima multi-purpose hall in Sekinchan yesterday)

As you can see the Star reporter (the photographer didn't furnish them the actual detail) made a wrong report on this statement; Actually the picture shown the march home after the successful nomination at Dewan Orang Ramai Simpang Lima,Daerah Sabak Bernam BUT not in Sekinchan (Two different places !!)

This is a typical example of wrong reporting from the reporter. Luckily i was there to witness the incident while the picture was taken; there was two camera men waiting on the pedestrian bridge and while the march was near the bridge, the camera men shouted "Datuk Seri..Datuk Seri...When the whole group looked up and this picture was taken; as you can see now my blog.

This call FIRST HAND info huh!

Don Yoo... looks like you have an underaged kid writing in your Blog... my God... he wants to vote and we are the reverse of him... whoever we vote will not do much except yak away in parliamentary sessions... since most of them are either uneducated, or refused to be educated, (maybe enlighten is the better word) or simply arrogant and think that we of foreign origin and therefore we have no right to talk about anything. How I hate them attitudes!

Instead of wrong reporting, it is flat out incompetence reporting, main stream media is well known for incompetency and untruthful reports in Malaysia.Majority of the times you can not take it seriously since they are mainly government control media outlets, very strict licensing requirement under Publication n Media Act.

Well Donyoo, reporters in Malaysia only do well in bahasa malaysia, manderin or tamil media news report, not English version, not many qualify individual is available nowaday, so mistake is quite common.
