My Daughter's Driving Test -Around Batu Caves Area on 29/01/2008
Below was the SMSs sent before & After the test....on 29/01/2008
Daddy :- Have you started your test? 10:07
Daughter :- Not even my turn,Long time to go. 10:10
Daddy :- Just observe what other people do first. 10:12
Daughter :- Ya, besides that i hav nthg to do. 10:13
Daddy :- Go n get some papers to read. 10:14
Daughter :- ........(no reply)
Daddy :- K ! Whatever! (mumbling ....)
Daughter :- I passed the hill, parking, n 3 point turn. On the road not yet test.Now my hand is still shaking. 11:53
Daddy :- Oh! That,s good let's celebrate tonight.Be calm, i know you can make it just be careful. 11:55
Daughter :- Hey i passed all! 15:55

I have a few questions for you regarding your daughter's driving test:
1. Which driving school did she go to?
2. Which package did she take?
a) geranti pass b) passed on her own merits?
Come on, Donyoo, answer truthfully.
Anyway I congratulate your daughter on her achievements. I can imagine now your cars are now proudly displaying the P sign, back and front.
1)Kepong Baru Driving School.
2)She has paid the RM 420 (Excluding the fees for the written test for L license) for 4 lessons of 8 hours.Frankly i don't know what package ! Are U ACA?
3)I did ask her about the lesson.She seems to agree to go for the test after just the 4 lessons.But i totally disagreed to it and had a bit of long talk to her to explain the actual scenario on road and to waste more money later to resit for the test.You know some time this young Chiku-needs a lot of "taruk".Finally she agreed to learn extra lessons.
During my time i learnt driving after i started to work.I paid for RM 750.00 for my motor bike and car test.Both also fail once each!!!But my license is a hard earn one.That's why you can see me driving to reverse the car with only one hand and can even drive with one finger!NO KOPI one!
Another thing is that i asked her whether the driving lesson was conduct in one to one manner-She said "YES" then that's OK you know!
During my time this driving instructor always asked for 2 learners in one time and the other was a girl and i had to wait under the tree ( The place is at the Shell station next To VI school just beside the former Edinburgh round about )for at least half hour before my turn and the worse part was that he always asked me to do parking-which i was expert at!Even till today my parking is the best in the Kepong Area lah!!!May be should thank the instructor about it.
During the first test in PJ's JPJ ,next to A&W now. I fail "On the Road Test" once and i took my bike test in Jalan Duta just next to the Income Tax department!On the slope area.I remember before the test the instructor asked me whether i want to have a guarantee pass for my bike test- the conditions was :
1) One leg touch down during figure of "8" was RM 150.00
2) On the road, after the JPJ officer flag you for an emergency stop,right foot touch or both leg touch down is RM 200.00
I SAID NO NO NO cos i was thinking i have no hurry in passing the test and i might as well use to bribe money to do for the 2 nd test if i ever fail;it is still ok.
During the first test, the road was slippery and i was a bit "Kia See" My right foot touch down!
Ai yah... you people have no class... if it is me... i will not learn to drive... better to be picked up by my boyfriend and be driven around... why all the messy driving tests and kopi oh money... si, no need... if you want me to atur someone to drive you around... let me have my gang threaten your daughter's boyfriend and if he does not own a car we also provide hire purchase financing at Ah Long's rate. The earnings we'll split 50-50. If you want my man to drive your daughter around... get the boyfriend to pay. He will still have to pay for the car installments.
Mr Don, Rm 420 for tuition fees,but how much is the kopi-o cost now?i wonder how much inflation rate the tester from driving department manage to factor in for his geranti pass?
i am not ACA, Don, just tell the truth and it is between we two only!
