Man sodomises 23-day-old son after wife declines sex

KUALA LUMPUR: A man sodomised his 23-day-old son after his wife, who is still in confinement, refused to have sex with him.

The 39-year-old mother noticed that her son was weak and listless and found injuries on the baby’s anus and mouth when she was bathing him.

“She brought him to a nearby clinic before being referred to Selayang Hospital where doctors confirmed that the baby was sodomised,” Gombak deputy OCPD Supt Rosly Hassan said.

Police believed the baby’s mouth was bruised because the man had covered it with his hands while trying to prevent the baby’s cries from being heard by his wife.

“We believe the incident took place in the bedroom of the family’s home at Batu Caves. The mother was believed to be resting in the living room when the incident took place,” he said.

The man was picked up by police at 8pm on Friday after his wife lodged a police report at the Selayang police station.

Zaid: Hudud covers everyone

Zaid, who is also Parti Kesejahteraan Insan Tanah Air (Kita) president, said it was impossible for such a law to be restricted to certain states or be applicable to Muslims only. "It is impossible to have two sets of laws for Muslims in the country. People must understand that hudud is a criminal law and for it to be implemented, the Federal Constitution and the Penal Code need to be amended. "If it were implemented, it would become a general criminal law of the country and be applicable to all," said Zaid after chairing the Kita central executive committee meeting at his house yesterday. He said Pas spiritual leader Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat knew the facts well when he tried to implement it in Kelantan when Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad was prime minister. "Syariah is different as it is a personal law and covers only certain laws relating to marriages, divorces and inheritance, but hudud is a general law." Former prime minister Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said: "Pas is never serious about implementing hudud. It is trying to only draw the support of voters, nothing else." Abdullah said Pas would constantly change its stand on hudud. "The hudud issue is an old one but, as far as Barisan Nasional is concerned, it is not ready to accept or implement hudud." NOW MY DEAR FRIENDS OUT THERE; WHAT IS THE MOST APPROPRIATE PUNISHMENT FOR THE GUY WHO SODOMISED HIS OWN 23 DAY OLD SON!!???? My friend just told me that a lion king would never rape it's baby at the age of 23 days but that Bxxxxxd did!!! dO YOU WANNA CUT HIM IN PIECES!?? do u think HUDUD should apply here?? If the non-muslim can accept the "PUASA" why can't they accept the HUDUD? BUT I was a bit surprised when Tuan Zaid mentioned that HUDUD applied for ALL! Then Why can't the "PUASA" be imposed on the non-muslim as well? I strongly believe If this "Happening" were to fall on any victim's family- No body will object the HUDUD way of punishment on this man.But does the 3 witnesses ruling applied here?? so as to enforce the ruling? Well i need my Muslim friend to enlighten me on this!
