In April, Maya Angelou was interviewed by Oprah on her 70+ birthday. Oprah asked her what she thought of growing older. And, there on television, she said it was 'exciting.....'
Regarding body changes, she said there were many, occurring every day.....like her breasts. They seem to be in a race to see which will reach her waist, first.
The audience laughed so hard they cried. She is such a simple and honest woman, with so much wisdom in her words!
Maya Angelou said this: 'I've learned that no matter what happens, or how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow.'

Steamed Gourd

chicken stock& meaty chunk,red dates,dried cuttlefish,"muscle of the clam" all these put into slow fire for 3 to 5 hours then pour inside the gourd and steam for another half hour. That's all i CAN guess... it is simple but looks elegant. This restaurant is in the northern region of Rawang. I found it to be expensive.
Nice presentation...RM 25.00 for 5 persons. The storage place is beside the toilet!! Got U!

Nice Kelantanese Malay food at Jalan kenaga KL

Ayam masak kunyit
Nasi goreng kampung
tomyam ikan kembong; I asked them to put this type of fish instead of the normal sea food.These 3 dishes cost only RM 14.00. Cheap and nice.

fried crocodile meat; is a white meat but kind of tough(hard)

mouth opening experience....This was what a observed last month when i went to a condominium in KL at 3:20 AM .... Sometimes without realizing... We paid the security men to SLEEP huhuhu!

Brazilian coach Dunga was criticized for choosing defense over offensively gifted players.As you can see the Brazilian players like to dribble the ball single-ly just as the Argentinian; Which cost them 4 nil defeat by the German. The Garman was fast in attacking and very strong at defense.
Carles Puyol scores the lone goal in Spain's 1-0 victory over Germany in the World Cup semifinals.This man is short but tough like a bull his Header made the history for Spain.
Those who have watch the live telecast You will definitely agree with me that never let the German touch the ball; learn like the Spain...Keep on passing the ball. A short man(no 5)but can leap high to head the history of Spain football.

Pedro in close attendance for what seemed a certain goal but he opted to go it alone and lost possession before being replaced three minutes later. To me he has shown poor team work spirit But he may have got something to say about what he did.

In fact (sometimes) it is quite unfair to judge what he did at the critical moment ; He could be under pressure or just wanted to act alone...u know how good to have the moment of scoring a goal!! Oh AFrica!!
