Fish Therapy

The same "fish therapy" issue was high lighted in my blog way back in 2008. During that time i foresee the danger of using this method of "therapy" in the SPA or any concealed tank( check out -The little fish from Turkey; in my blog dated 12/01/2008 posting.Labeled: my view).

When i was in Kanchanaburi, Thailand in December 2009; there are many of this hungry fishes (unknown spices) in the Erawan Water fall area in Kanchanaburi.

（八打灵再也20日讯）卫生总监拿督哈山阿都拉曼表示，鱼疗足浴可成为散播爱滋病、C型肝炎及其他疾病的温床。

他说，鱼疗池内的鱼只，可透过啮咬不同顾客的脚部，成为传播爱滋病毒的媒介。

《每日新闻》报道，如果业者没有定时更换鱼疗池的池水，有关池水则可能变成传染C型肝炎及其他皮肤病的温床，特别是在许多患有相关疾病者使用该池水之后。

哈山指出，如果鱼疗是通过单独使用的方式进行，就符合安全标准，而非目前共用鱼疗池的方式。

“这种方式（鱼疗足浴）会带来很大的感染疾病风险，因为疾病可透过鱼只及重复使用的池水传播。”

询及卫生部将采取哪些行动，以确保民众不受感染。

他说，该部目前无权禁止或关闭鱼疗足浴店，无论如何，该部将尝试解决这项问题，包括修改相关法令。

糖尿病患勿参与

他说，卫生部目前经常监督鱼疗足浴店的运作，包括每6个月展开一次检查，确保业者遵守当局的规定。

《每日新闻》指出，英国的《太阳报》日前报道，英国卫生防护局已发出警告，指鱼疗足浴可传播危险疾病，并促请患有糖尿病及牛皮癣的民众不要进行这种治疗方式。

《每日新闻》指出，该报发现许多参与鱼疗足浴的民众，都不知道这种服务将带来负面效果，例如感染危险疾病的风险。

If you are looking for buyers to like your design and expect to fetch a higher price for the land and from your own "designer's" bungalow ; Please consider my advice here before you step forward and proceed with your “own design”.

Nowadays there are a wide range of building materials, systems and new state of the art design for Interior Design, fixtures, etc. Does your house design make up from the following components?

Hello! Which architect firm are you engaging?

A squarely designed house,

A swimming pool?

Industrial Building System (IBS)/conventional design,

Using steel roof truss,

With provision for natural ventilation,

Glaze/semi glaze roof tiles,

Does the house has enough rooms/ bathroom/toilet to meet your requirement?

A gym/karaoke lounge?

A big enough down stair master bedroom for your future use,

Ha ha ! prepare a OKU ramp later!

Provide at least one sound proof room,

Built in vacuum conduit system,

car park for 4,

covered drain,

kitchen has a entrance from the garden side,

provide a “oily kitchen” (provide more than a wet kitchen)

a 6 foot height separation wall beside the fence at the garden facing the neighbor’s side,

Meters for utilities are placed at the side front gate,

Automatic gate (foldable type for heavy gate)

wood paneling for floor,

future pipe trench with extra conduit,

a store room (be in or outside the house),

a nice and easy shoes rack,

a Jacuzzi,

landscape feature-a great understanding of the trees’ root behavior is important,

a pond,

a gazebo,

a tea house/hut in the garden,

a rock garden,

a nice design fencing wall,

maybe even a small eco farm…

Well, these are so much I can think of! If all these features are included in your bungalow; I strongly believe it can sell well > BUT this is an ideal bungalow ,yet there might be people who are not easy about it…

If you were to borrow the monies from the bank to build your “dream bungalow” and hoping others would pay for the amount you quoted later! Worst still when you engaged a rotten contractor and you have no means of controlling him as you are not equipped with the know how about the financial, construction, supervision, building materials, time frame, local authority requirement, utilities providers etc,. Put your hand break! PLEASE stop it at once!

Look! During the construction stage, When you made too many changes / variation to the design and materials use (your other half might have some “better “ ideas sometimes) ; you will be running into a big big trouble with your financial standing and the contractor will put a claim on the extra cost and men hour into the additional work. At the end – extra monies and extra time shall be needed to finish the work. Your project will be delayed.

Ok say when you finally paid off your contractor and a huge amount of debt with the bank…yes of course with your financial standing you are still able to settle monthly.

As the months and moons are moving round…your sons & daughters might want to further their studies…Money and cash are needed badly. You may have a great plan to send them to over sea colleges. During this period of time you intended to dispose of the bungalow hoping to make more out of it to finance your plan.

BUT unfortunately your bungalow is too pricy Or it may not suit to some peoples’ taste, your design are not trendy, your design are not friendly, or a bungalow with fewer green space. You paved up the whole precious green area, left too little space for the green. You forgot to create a specific space for the clothes line. Your idea of hanging your undies at the gate to dry is NO NO for a bungalow. ….list of endless lousy layout & design for a potential buyer to accept your offer. (Sorry extreamx2)

You did hope for the best…you sent them to over sea colleges. But your financial burdens starts to swell…your grasses in the unoccupied bungalow needs to be trimmed, some exterior paint starts to fade and drop, you start to realize the contractor never apply anti fungal paint…

Your property negotiator insists on 3 % service fees…but you only offer Rm 1888 as an Ang Pau and the most is 1% fees ( the first negotiator was almost hoarse before 1 % is convinced by you). You wouldn’t want to part with your precious key to them AND you never agree to ink down Exclusive Right to them…They stay away from you, your offer fees on your sale of the property spread among their colleagues; and they nick named you as lousy & stingy man…your bungalow is too pricy and its condition is depilating…day by day. Ha!

Since you are capable and cash rich, I would strongly recommend that you purchase the land without a building. Do your own design at your free will!

No sex after 12yrs of marriage

A couple from Singapore has never had sex in their 12 years marriage.

Whenever the man tried to fulfill his responsibilities as a husband, the woman would always complain of pain.

After numerous failed attempts, the man, a civil servant eventually gave up having sex with his wife.

Apparently, both of them had no idea about what sex is all about because they had been wondering why they did not have babies like other married couples.

The man and the woman, both in their 30s, have since sought help from a doctor.

After rounds of consultation, the doctor was shocked to find out that the couple never really had sex before.

The doctor also found that the wife is suffering from Vaginismus, a condition where the muscles in the vagina tense up suddenly, making any kind of vaginal penetration painful or impossible.

Singapore's Gleneagle Hospital obstetrics and gynaecology specialist Dr Jothi Kumar said 90 per cent of the sexual dysfunction in women were caused by pyschological problems.

The woman's problem was solved after doctor put a dilator in her vagina. She is four months pregnant now.

Those days in 1979 when i was in JB having my industrial training there: The crime rate in JB was high-The PUKAU gang was very2 popular then. (I lost my wallet - being pick pocketed during that time @ behind Jalan Wong Ah Fook bus station)The housing construction were booming like no body business...Full of Indonesian "coming" to work there... Now you can see Africian men,Bangladesi,Indian,Myanmar....In my area i can even 2nd generation of these people living in the same community. You can easily spot all these "Tourists" during the Pasar malam hour.Groups and groups of them; as i said you can see some 2nd generation babies and young kids with them! They like recreational & sports too- They will occupied your playground and football field! Like a Division 3 game in our home ground! More like a do away game in a foreign land (To them, ha!) I can't comment here as to whether our "tourist" here are still on valid visa or something like this...I got a mix feeling & sad lah seeing a situation like this...Is not so much of the games and the field But some thing else more complex then all these. We love our country -1979 we had the Indonesian "Coming" and now we have a different group of "Tourists" here : What next!?? I strongly believe IF we call ourselves Bumiputra or Malaysian-We should see the seriousness now - the security, the treat of the country. Until today i still can't figure out who has actually made all these happening !??? U tell me lah! Dear All Malaysian, Just imagin our food ( Eat out) or market meats are prepared by all these "Tourists"... In seems now every where here our Makan-Minium are all most ALLl prepared and served by the "tourist" Ha! banyak kuat "Tuan" kita!

We should ask the POlice to show the crime rate statistic/report in all Major Towns (Of course taken the town's population into account) to make the comparison;Then only we would know exactly which town has the highest crime rate. Do you watch CSI,24 hours etc...?? Can the police copy the act like posing a walking "lady" with "Her" big hand bag to attract these "poeple" and a few more guys hiding some where. But alamak! when you tell them this they would also said that they are short handed! I believe these highly intelligence police personnel would have watch many of this crime buster series but yet nothing much improvement can be done.They have good radar system to tract speeding cars but until today no ideas have come out yet to reduce (I know we can't solve it) these issue- I KNOW WE ARE SHORT OF POLICE PERSONEL!;

Man sodomises 23-day-old son after wife declines sex

KUALA LUMPUR: A man sodomised his 23-day-old son after his wife, who is still in confinement, refused to have sex with him.

The 39-year-old mother noticed that her son was weak and listless and found injuries on the baby’s anus and mouth when she was bathing him.

“She brought him to a nearby clinic before being referred to Selayang Hospital where doctors confirmed that the baby was sodomised,” Gombak deputy OCPD Supt Rosly Hassan said.

Police believed the baby’s mouth was bruised because the man had covered it with his hands while trying to prevent the baby’s cries from being heard by his wife.

“We believe the incident took place in the bedroom of the family’s home at Batu Caves. The mother was believed to be resting in the living room when the incident took place,” he said.

The man was picked up by police at 8pm on Friday after his wife lodged a police report at the Selayang police station.

KUALA LUMPUR: Hudud, if implemented in the country, will cover all citizens regardless of their religion, former law minister Datuk Seri Zaid Ibrahim said.

Zaid, who is also Parti Kesejahteraan Insan Tanah Air (Kita) president, said it was impossible for such a law to be restricted to certain states or be applicable to Muslims only.

"It is impossible to have two sets of laws for Muslims in the country. People must understand that hudud is a criminal law and for it to be implemented, the Federal Constitution and the Penal Code need to be amended.

"If it were implemented, it would become a general criminal law of the country and be applicable to all," said Zaid after chairing the Kita central executive committee meeting at his house yesterday.

He said Pas spiritual leader Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat knew the facts well when he tried to implement it in Kelantan when Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad was prime minister.

"Syariah is different as it is a personal law and covers only certain laws relating to marriages, divorces and inheritance, but hudud is a general law."

Former prime minister Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said: "Pas is never serious about implementing hudud. It is trying to only draw the support of voters, nothing else."

Abdullah said Pas would constantly change its stand on hudud.

"The hudud issue is an old one but, as far as Barisan Nasional is concerned, it is not ready to accept or implement hudud."

Yesterday at 06:35 hrs; I was robbed at Jalan Burung Tiong Bkt Maluri kepong, (My love one asked me to highlight the place so that others are aware) opposite the chicken stall ( i used to buy chicken form him- but i saw him standing there to watch the life show-Please don't blame him...he cari makan sana tau!). One Indian man came with a 10" knife came charging to me before i stepped out from my car. It was too late to shut my door.

My first reaction was to catch hold of the knife . There was a tug of war action for about 2 to 3 minutes or may be even less but it all seems so long time then.I just kept on saying "jangan ambil kereta saya..X10..." ......FINALLY; he demanded "dompet & hand phone" I gave up. I passed my wallet & hand phone- Nokia E90 and i even put my car keys inside his shirt.Hopefully he "blar" fast.He left with an accomplice and threw away the car key on the road (If not i would have to cough out RM 350 to duplicate it.)

As i picked up my key ;i realised there were a group of on lookers consisting of marketing fellow and the pasar vendors. I let go my steam by shouthing " hey what is that to watch ...didn't even help ..." Somebody handed my spectacle back to me ( I didn't know how it got drop out on the road..) Just as i got up my car i saw a brown leather like wallet beside my car, i picked up and opened it but didn't get to see any identity on it; As my hand was bleeding; I dropped the wallet on the road again.( After that i thought it could be the robber's wallet; I did return to the scene before going to the clinic but the wallet is not there any more)

After F them ( the on lookers) i got up to the car and gone straight home ( didn't bother to tell tales to these selfish on lookers- Even now; thinking back, I don't expect them to help to fight off the robber but at least make more noises of displease to ward off the attempt)

Remember NO ONE WILL HELP YOU> YOU GOT TO ACT ACCORDINGLY & SENSIBLY TOO>i am fortunate to survive the ordeal; I could be dead by now if the knife go straight into my tummy. As i was sited on the driver's seat not much i can do to avoid the " knife poking "

During that crucial moment of "tug of war" i had nothing like any sort of ideas on how to fight off this robber; Just did the prevention of the knife from "poking" into my tummy.Just that! As you know i was sited on the car seat- i can't move at all!

After the incident i told myself that luckily i didn't make any move to "elbow" that guy OR gone into "fighting" with him.Simply another gay was waiting & sitting on the bike and observing the tussle.He might have just come over once seeing his accomplice was attacked and give me a "nice" Stab on my back!!

I was blessed indeed to be able to write to tell my stories to you now...IF NOT...

Now, the funny part is that i don't ( please don't ever mention i what ...I am not a Saint) have hatred towards these men.May be it is because i am still untouched and still alive today....Have your experience later to tell your part of story... when you face something like this? OR worse?

Kelantan recently banned Big Sweep lottery as part of its no-gambling policy. I would be more happy if the government can ban the gambling policy. Police seized two coffins which were placed in Komtar Walk and by the roadside of Komtar.

As for me; I will just accept the two coffins and put into my store ( a YB store room should be bigger now...) After that I shall ask for more...A coffin cost about RM 2000.00 is not so cheap for the poor.So i can do some charity by donating out one by one and at the same time i will announce the donors name.

when someone is hospitalized one day...Like the above pic; The visitors will be very2very concern & curious about what had happened to him. How did he meet the accident so on and so on...

I believe the patient is too tire or to bore to explain each and every detail of the accident episode to every single visitor who come to his bed side. So, imagine that! repeat and repeat...

In our eastern culture, It is a good manner to greet an elderly "Have you eaten?" whenever you pay a visit to them . Cos in those days (many many moons ago) people were not so well fed at all time. So it has become a culture to greet an elderly person in such a manner.

What more when a person is hospitalized!But in actual fact when a person is in such situation - laying on A HOSPITAL bed ( sometimes already HALF died); ...We should refrain from visiting them OR at least make the visit short and brief and "as sweet as you may"...

Oh please! You are not going there to act like a visiting specialist consultant to give your comment or giving some "recommendations" based on your "hear-say" Or that Joe and Ahamd Ah Kow told you this method or ways of remedies...to that patient!

If fact there was an article advising visitors not to bring flowers to visit a patient in hospital; because some patients are sensitive to pollen and some even advised doctors not to wear tie to work or while treating patient...

Just tell me how many times in a year have u ever bring your ties for dry cleaning?? According to the article report the tie has got millions of germs on it! Just imagine that!

So the best advice from me is that - Please do a VCD/DVD/ BlueRAY recording of all the processes of the "Happening" form A to Z....the accident scene,pictures of the place, who are the witnesses,those peoples who rendered their help,the hospital, the doctors,the operation,....phew! everything in the CD or thumb drive...then sell it to their visitors or it may be even your (ha ha) visitors @ Rm 5.00 (USD 1.43) per piece.

I believe it will definately safe a lot of unneccessary repeated explanation over and over again on your episode.ha ha

For example :- the DVD's story should begin with your new bike bought for RM 2,444.00.

But unfortunately...the ambulance van broke down...and in a faint voice you over heard that the cyclist lady died on the spot due to excessive bleeding...this time around you felt a surge of fainting spell BUT not yet forgetting the smile... Later in the ward the doctor told you that you had coma for 3 days but your face was smiling...

A heli was called to send you to emergency ward... the team of doctors tried fantastically to save your life...

you were in coma for 3 days ...but the smile on your face could be the life saver....which the doctors can't explain till today!

Finally this is how you look like when you released your first copy of Blueray CD or DVD to your aunties and old neighbourssss.

Your would be husband informs you that he was robbed and assaulted in Nigeria during a business trip. The robbers took his wallet that included all his credit cards, cash, and phone book. He was wounded and brought to hospital. The hospital bill is 350 dollars, he has no money, and he needs your help. He asks for few hundred dollars. You send him the money then he disappears from internet. Real men never write romantic emails the first time. They never want to marry you just by seeing your profile. Woman CEO files RM20mil suit against telco

KOTA BARU (Aug 29, 2010): A woman chief executive officer (CEO) today filed a RM20 million suit against a telecommunications company (telco) for allegedly revealing contents of her SMS exchanges and recordings of her teleconversations with other individuals to third parties.

Noor Haslina Abdullah, 39, who is the CEO of a private college in Kuala Terengganu, filed the suit against the company, which is heaquartered in Kuala Lumpur and has a Kota Baru branch, at the High Court registry here at 2pm through the law firm of Messrs Rafizi Zubairi & Co.

In her statement of claim, she said she suffered hurt of feelings, trauma and mental stress as a result of the episode.

She alleged that on March 11, when she arrived at her office, she received a package which contained nine A-4 sized pages with information about her SMS exhanges and a "Kingston Data Traveller 4GB" pen drive that had recordings of her telephone conversations.

She added that she lodged a police report on the matter on March 14 and sought relief from the telco, but was ignored.

She is seeking damages totalling RM20 million and other relief deemed fit by the court. -- Bernama

chicken stock& meaty chunk,red dates,dried cuttlefish,"muscle of the clam" all these put into slow fire for 3 to 5 hours then pour inside the gourd and steam for another half hour. That's all i CAN guess... it is simple but looks elegant. This restaurant is in the northern region of Rawang. I found it to be expensive.

Nice presentation...RM 25.00 for 5 persons. The storage place is beside the toilet!! Got U!

tomyam ikan kembong; I asked them to put this type of fish instead of the normal sea food.These 3 dishes cost only RM 14.00. Cheap and nice.
