MY GOD...

Four Catholic men and a Catholic woman were having coffee.
The first Catholic man tells his friends, ' My son is a priest. When he walks into a room, everyone calls him ' Father ' ' .
The second Catholic man chirps, ' My son is a bishop. When he walks into a room people call him ' Your Grace ' ' .
The third Catholic gent says, ' My son is a> cardinal. When he enters a room everyone says ' Your Eminence ' ' .
The fourth Catholic man chirps, ' My son is the Pope. When he walks into a room people call him ' Your> Holiness ' ' .
Since the lone Catholic woman was sipping her coffee in silence, the four men give her a subtle, ' Well...? ' She replies, ' I have a daughter. She is FAT, tall and 46-57-63.. When she walks into a room, people say, ' Oh My God !..... ' '

100.00%

A Small Story
A boy and a girl were playing together. The boy had a collection of marbles. The girl had some sweets with her. The boy told the girl that he will give her all his marbles in exchange for her sweets. The girl agreed.
The boy kept the biggest and the most beautiful marble aside and gave the rest to the girl. The girl gave him all her sweets as she had promised.
That night, the girl slept peacefully.
But the boy couldn't sleep as he kept wondering if the girl had hidden some sweets from him the way he had hidden his best marble.
Moral of the story: If you don't give your hundred percent in a relationship, you'll always keep doubting if the other person has given his/her hundred percent.
This is applicable for any relationship like love, colleagues, employer-employee relationship etc.Give your hundred percent to everything you do and sleep peacefully.

Contract Law In MALAYSIA

Legal Issue on Contract Law in Malaysia - Good for us to know
Notice that most of the time, the receipt / invoice you received from the merchant carries this exclusion clause or similarly worded statement: ' Goods sold are not returnable' or 'No refund once sold'.
' As long as your good is purchased for home use and not for business ( i.e. to be resold), the above exclusion clause is VOID. That means, as long as the good is defective, regardless of what is worded, you CAN get back all your money spent.
You do not have to accept a repair on the good or an exchange. You CAN ask for a refund. AND you are LEGALLY right and entitled to! What a relevation!! And most of the time the merchant will refuse to return you your money.
You can threaten the merchant with four words: 'SEE YOU IN COURT!' The court here refers to the Small Claims Tribunal Court . However, you don't have to tell them what court! All you have to pay is RM10 admin fee and the loser (the merchant) will have to refund you the money PLUS the admin fee!
Even educated people are cowed by such unfair wordings. Pls try not to let the merchant fleece you the next time you have a defective good.
I know where to file this. On the 16th floor of Putra Place (The Mall opposite Putra World Trade Centre) . The form cost RM5.00. The Tribunal will settle within 2 months period.
Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna Malaysia , Tingkat 16, Putra Place , 100, Jalan Putra , 50622 KUALA LUMPUR Tel: 03 - 40492300 / 40424181 Fax: 03 - 40424259

GOOD TIPS...How To Turn Them Off...

Ten ways to stop those credit card sales, mobile companies, insurance calls from irritating you:
1 After the telemarketer finishes speaking, ask him/her to marry you.
2 Tell the telemarketer you are busy at the moment, and ask him/her, if he/she will give you his/her home phone number so you can call him/her back.
3 Ask them to repeat everything they say, several times.
4 Tell them it is dinnertime, BUT ask if they would please hold. Put them on your speaker phone while you continue to eat at your leisure. Smack your food loudly and continue with your dinner conversation.
5 Tell them that all business goes through your agent, and hand the phone to your five year old child.
6 Tell them you are hard of hearing and that they need to speak up.... Louder... Louder... Louder!
7 If they start out with, "How are you today?", say "I'm so glad you asked, because no one these days seems to care, and I have all these problems............."
8 Tell them to speak very slowly because you want to write every word down.
9 Cry out in surprise, "Helen, is that you? I've been hoping you'd call! How is the family?" When they insist they are not Helen, tell them to stop joking. This works especially well if the telemarketer is really MALE.
10 Tell the ICICI call centre guy to call on your office number - and give him the HSBC call centre number.

We are Just part of the system...

Every human being gathers information from the center of a circle. If we are not careful, we soon think we are the center of all things.
Therefore, it is easy to become self centered. Once we become self centered we start to think we are above all things and therefore superior. But we are really only one part of a great whole. The universe is all connected..Each part is here and to do something special and according to its design. We are here to honor and respect the job of each part. We are neither above nor below anything. We need not be ruler over anything, we need only to live inhonor and harmony with the system.

"Meditation With Our Native Elders"

"We forget so we consider ourselves superior. But we are, after all, a mere part of the creation and we must consider to understand where we are and we stand somewhere between the mountain and the Ant. Somewhere and only there is a part and parcel of the creation."
